On March 10, 2022, the European Commission issued a notice, making a final affirmative ruling on the second sunset anti-dumping review of Aluminum Foil from China, and decided to continue to impose anti-dumping duties on Chinese products involved in the anti-dumping case (including the circumvented products transshipped through Thailand). The duties are shown in the attached table.The Combined Nomenclature codes of the products in question are EX 7607 11 19 19 (TARIC 7607 11 19 30) and EX 7607 11 90 (TARIC 7607 11 19 30 and 7607 11 19 19)40, 7607 11 19 50, 7607 11 90 44, 7607 11 90 46, 7607 11 90 71 and 7607 11 90 72).The dumping investigation period in this case is from October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2020, and the injury investigation period is from January 1, 2017 to the end of the dumping investigation period.
